The MA1200v2 Prime is ideal for intermediate wingfoilers progressing from the larger sizes, lighter-weight beginners or more advanced riders winging in lighter winds. It is more manoeuvrable and versatile across multiple disciplines than the larger sizes, with more emphasis on efficiency and speed. The MA1200v2 is ideal for wingfoiling freeride or in surf, and perfect for heavier riders kitefoiling or wakefoiling behind a boat. The Prime pre-preg e-glass construction front wings are engineered from the same moulds as our carbon pre-preg front wings and deliver the same high performance, durability and impact resistance as the carbon pre-preg, at a more accessible price. Our mid-aspect all-rounders are designed to lift you up on the foil early and just keep gliding. Pitch-stable across the entire speed range, these versatile wings are engineered to feel playful, agile and fast-turning for their size.
1500:
Ideal for progressing, you’ll find the larger MAv2 Prime front wings provide a stable set-up for learning to wing foil or towing behind a boat. At a very low board speed, these front wings easily generate a great amount of lift without the need to pump. They are super stable, so you can focus more on the wing in your hands. The profile section prioritises pitch stability, early takeoffs and low stall speed. More sweep in the TE than the smaller size helps to make these big wings more manoeuvrable and easier to turn. More anhedral in the front view provides directional stability. The MA1500v2 is ideal for intermediate wingfoilers progressing from the larger sizes, and a lighter-weight (<70kg) rider could learn to wingfoil. It has the same airfoil section as the larger wings for low stall-speed and pitch stability, but a smaller area and higher aspect ratio to provide higher speed, better turning and more glide.
